Elaboration

The Original Mexican Mayca, is made with pasteurized goat's milk which comes from grazing sheep that are raised in the Laguna Valley between the states of Coahuila and Durango. The production process is still an artisan one that preserves the unique characteristics and flavor of Mayca.

The type of manufacturing process undergone follows Mexican craft tradition which involves heating the main ingredients at high temperatures inside handmade copper bowls that come from the town of Santa Clara del Cobre and using wooden pallets to gradually stir the mixed ingredients.
